I bought this M25 scale to use with my MAC Book pro, the first one did not work even though it said Mac compatible, I called Dymo and there answer to take it back. I exchanged it for a new one and that one also will not work, I again called Dymo and now there answer is my computer use USB 3.0 and the scale is USB 2.0 so it can't work. there lame answer is to get a USB 2.0 hub and then it will work. sorry tried it and even Apple said USB 3.0 will read any USB that is under 3.0 and work just fine. Dymo's keeps saying try a different hub. They do not seam to understand how computers work. I am not in the least bit impressed with the DYMO company at this point.
